We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Maynard, MA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Venus Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
We schedule one patient per appointment, because you deserve exclusive, personal time with our doctor and staff. We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask that you arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us! We pride ourselves on keeping to our schedule, only deviating from it in the event of a dental emergency.
Please call us at least two business days in advance for changed appointments.Missed appointments without this notification or repeat cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointments for your visits to our office.â€‹

For patients covered by insurance, we will be happy to assist you in maximizing your benefits. Few dental insurance plans cover the entire cost of treatment, and there is often an extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies. For these reasons, we ask that you pay your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to you, we file and track claim forms electronically and provide postage for special claims.
